Restorative Deep Tissue
Curated, individualized treatment drawing from all of my modalities to address one or more specific concerns. My intention with this offering is to guide the body/mind/spirit back into balance using gentle but deeply effective techniques based on your unique structure and needs. I will also share specific suggestions for self-care such as self-massage, stretching, and strengthening to support you in your healing journey.
*May include - myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Tui Na, Craniosacral Therapy, Lomi lomi, Kua Lua (Hawaiian back walking), heat therapy, Swedish massage and Neuromuscular Therapy.
Lomi Lomi Flow
A well rounded, full body treatment of deeply nourishing and relaxing traditional Hawaiian Bodywork. Lomi addresses the body as a whole system, and works at all levels - energetic, emotional, muscular, structural, and systemic. The lineage I carry features techniques that bring the body back into alignment without causing pain. It is an honor to share this work from the Ho’omana lineage of my Kumu Jeana Iwalani Nalua’i and Uncle Chucky, and their Kumu Auntie Mahilani Poe Poe, Auntie Margaret Machado, Uncle Maka’ala Yates, Uncle Mike Lee and countless others within this sacred lineage.
